Navigate Europe’s Work Permit
Oxons Job and Immigration provides official work permits across a range of categories, from seasonal employment to long-term positions, many of which are eligible for extension. The type of visa or work permit offered depends on your employment contract and destination country.
Each country has its own regulations, requirements, and preferences. Seasonal work permits are typically issued for 3 or 6 months, while other options may include 9-month, 1-year, or longer-term permits, with the possibility of renewal or extension.
For Schengen countries, a valid visa allows travel across all 28 Schengen member states, subject to applicable rules. Visa applications must be submitted to the embassy or consulate in your home country, or to a designated embassy in a neighboring country when applicable. In many cases, applications are processed through authorized partners such as VFS Global or other official service providers.
Currently, many European countries are actively recruiting foreign workers from Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bhutan, and other countries, creating valuable opportunities for qualified candidates seeking employment abroad.

European Union’s policies
The European Union follows a balanced and structured approach to migration, focusing on the effective management of regular immigration while actively addressing irregular migration. This approach ensures the fair treatment of third-country nationals who legally reside within EU Member States.
EU migration policy also prioritizes stronger measures to prevent and combat irregular immigration, including human trafficking and migrant smuggling, while encouraging closer cooperation with non-EU countries across all areas of migration management.
A key objective of the EU is to establish a uniform standard of rights and responsibilities for legal immigrants, comparable to those enjoyed by EU citizens.
Principle of Solidarity
Under the Lisbon Treaty, EU immigration policies are governed by the principle of solidarity and fair sharing of responsibility among Member States. This includes shared financial responsibility, as outlined in Article 80 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU).
